We read in Acts 17:26 that “And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings”. This shows that God has beforehand determined the time or era of our existence, our nationalities, the places we should stay and the timing of the events (blessings, breakthroughs, etc), in our lives. Our part is to be so much in tune with God that we do not miss out on the life He has already planned for us individually. This is our choice. But how do we do this?
Jesus said in John 15:5 that without Him we can do nothing. Therefore, if we are going to live the life God has preordained for us to live we will need Jesus to do so. This does not talk about merely having knowledge about Jesus, but rather He becoming our life as we read in Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me”. There are important revelations in this Scripture that is key to fulfilling our destinies in Christ. First, this Scripture teaches us how to live in the body or in this world, and that is by faith in Jesus. It also shows that when we live by faith, we show that we are crucified with Christ or dead to ourselves so that any activity of life seen in us results from Jesus Christ doing His living in us. In this way, we only become vessels that show forth the fruit of Jesus’ living in us. This is how He becomes our life. By walking in faith we get our own carnal desires and ideas out of the way, and allow Jesus to live through us to bring to pass God’s purposes and will for us. If it is Jesus doing the living in us, as we walk by faith, then there is no way we are going to miss out on the life God has beforehand ordained for us to live.
It is said of Jesus that they carried out all that was written concerning Him when He walked the earth (see Acts 13:29). In the same way, we can also live according to all the good that God has predetermined for us – for we are His workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them (Ephesians 2:10). We can walk in these predetermined paths by walking by faith daily, as it is written “we walk by faith and not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7). We can know that we are living by this faith if Jesus (and His Word) is our truth, reality, focus and point of view, and we live daily by acting on His Word.

A Very Important Message
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16). For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23). Therefore, If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, I invite you to put your faith in Him. Pray the prayer below to accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour: “I come to you God in Jesus’ name and surrender my life unto you. I repent of my sins and I ask You to forgive me all my sins. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord, and I believe with my heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead. I thank you God for saving me, in Jesus name, Amen”. If you sincerely prayed this prayer, believe and be assured that you are saved, for the Bible says that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13, Romans 10:9-10, Acts 16:31).
